I am a certified FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) Teacher, passionate about empowering women to be an active participant in their health, to monitor hormonal activity, identify ovulation and manage both health and fertility.
After a decade-long corporate career and several years living in the United States, I returned home to Sydney, Australia to pursue a new calling in women's health. I am also passionate about movement and am a Pilates practitioner, certified through Polestar Pilates.
